Ruby Cabernet is as the name suggests gives a very distinct bright ruby red colour to the wine. It is a single variety developed in California from a cross of Cabernet Sauvignon with Carignan. Medium-bodied and rich in flavour with very soft tannins which make the wine approachable within just a couple of months of harvest. A friendly easy drinking red.
